Frank and I (Brenda) are both avid Dane & Borzoi fanatics and enjoy getting together with other animal folks. We are members of the Great Dane Club of America, Great Dane Club of Greater Dallas, Inc., Co-founders Great Dane Club of Oklahoma, Inc. , Lone Star Borzoi Club, & Heartland Great Dane Rescue, Inc. Danes have been apart of our lives for the past 14 years, with our beginning and roots as Independent Great Dane Rescuers. The Oklahoma Great Dane Round Up was established by us back in 1995 and the tradition has since been carried on by Heartland Great Dane Rescue as a major fund raiser. We also own, our second love, Borzoi and could not imagine our lives without them now. In the honor of the great state of Oklahoma, those Boomer Sooner's & an elegant charismatic blended liquor "Crown Royal" our kennel identification has been forever entrenched as....

We are not a kennel nor do we have a kennel facility, our Danes & Borzoi are raised in the home as wonderful, loving companions.
We believe that screening (testing & certifications) and selective breeding will produce Great Danes & Borzoi that stand up to "the test of time". Our years of Rescue experiences has helped us better to visualize as to why there are so many homeless, over produced and unwanted Danes. We feel these experiences will be beneficial in advocating the concerns of the breed and providing a Dane a home for life. The predominance of outstanding ethical breeders and the commoradity of other Dane/Borzoi folks have been a positive influence on our decision to enter the world of showing & breeding our majestic Danes/Borzoi. We do enjoy learning and interacting with all that have the same love that we do......our Danes/Borzoi. Last but not least, we are grateful and lead by example of those breeders that have come before us. A very special and heart felt thank you to our dear friends and mentors.....
